Job Role
• Greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable
• Answer all incoming calls for the company, directing them to the appropriate person or department
• Support and reinforce a positive showroom culture, embodying company values at all times
• Provide clear, honest, and respectful communication with customers and team members
• Maintain sample catalogues in the showroom and manage stock levels
• Change showroom sample panels every six months to keep displays fresh and engaging
• Oversee and monitor the cleanliness of the showroom premises, including the exterior of the building
