Supply Chain Specialist

Reporting to Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Specialist coordinates shipments and works to improve supply chain processes at Vernay Italia. Procures materials and manages order prices and quantities; receives shipments and organizes inventories; forecasts demand, responds to changes in demand, and resolves supply chain issues.

The gross salary range will be 28/32K per year.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Customers’ orders management: third parties & Intercompany.

· Production Planning: on hand/WIP parts Management.

· Purchasing of raw material: definition of the needs, orders suppliers management, follow up on their deliveries, provide input on their performance.

· Inventory Management of the parts and raw material: managing inventory levels to keep control of the rotation.

· Analysis of discrepancies vs sales forecast.
