Responsibilities:
• Administer and enhance our company's computer network, network equipment servers, data storage equipment, and other IT infrastructure components,
• Initiate, categorize, and resolve IT infrastructure and Information System (IS) incidents and problems. Record these activities in management systems,
• Provide necessary support to IS users, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience,
