Trust Administrator (Agricultural / Sugarcane), Richards Bay, Rneg + Ben + Accommodation
• Post matric qualification in finance or accounting .
• Postgraduate qualification in business administration is an added advantage.
• 4 years minimum experience in Agriculture environment / sugarcane farming .
• High impact communication, proficient in IsiZulu .
• Continuous Improvement mindset and desire for advancement and growth.
• Understanding the functions of the Mill Group Board .
• Understanding the SSG (Small Scale Growers) grower structure .
• Good time keeping and attendance.
• Valid driver’s license .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

KEY FOCUS AREAS
• The individual is responsible for setting up at least four annual SSGT (Small Scale Growers) meetings , following the Board meetings, with the SSGT's (Small Scale Growers)
