Responsibilities:
• Concept development
• Create 3D models and renderings emphasizing artistic expression.
• Develop captivating presentations and sketches for design communication.

Skills:
• Proficient in Rhino, Lumion/Twinmotion, SketchUp, AutoCAD and Photoshop for artistic rendering.
• Knowledge of render software such as Unreal Engine is a plus.
• Proficient in crafting designs from intricate details to large-scale projects.
• Knowledgeable in AI-generated software for added project capabilities.
