The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our leasing strategy. You will lead our leasing campaigns, evaluate our leasing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
• Determine the rental price
• Conduct market analysis and competitive conditions
• Supervise the socialization process to tenants regarding the procedures that must be followed.
• Supervise the socialization process to tenants regarding the standard procedures
• Supervise and follow up on complaints submitted by tenants.
• Create, develop, implement and evaluate leasing programs
• Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
• Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years' experience as Leasing
