Responsibilities
• Design and maintain a consistent design language, style guides, and UI components library to ensure a cohesive and user-friendly interface across the platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand user needs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement.
• Optimize designs based on user feedback and data analysis
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Must Have
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer minimum 3 years.
• Proficiency in using Figma (knowledge of other design tools is a plus)
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking
• Experience in collaborating, coordinating, and executing multiple creative projects in a fast-paced and/or cross-functional environment
