Children’s Social Care Team Managers
We are looking for experienced Team Managers from within Children Social Care or aspiring senior Social Workers, with management and supervisory experience, to join our Children’s Social Work Teams and help us achieve our vision for all our children, young people and families in Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole Council.
You will need to be a registered social worker with Social Work England and have significant post qualifying experience working with children and families in the statutory sector.
Across our Children’s Service Directorate, we have adopted a systemic approach to practice – ensuring children and their voices are at the heart of everything we do.
