Your role in the team
• You develop software (with a focus on PHP) for the free university information system FH Complete.
• You will work on a variety of projects within the open source community and the organizational units of the university.
• You collect and evaluate requirements, create concepts and implement them in software projects.
• You take on a coordinating role with regard to versioning, optimization and ensuring code quality.
• You will supplement and support the existing three-person software development team with your specialist knowledge in a senior role.

Our expectations:

Qualifications
• Very good knowledge of programming, scripting, markup and database languages (PHP, JavaScript, HTML, SQL) and associated frameworks or libraries (e.g. CodeIgniter, JQuery, Bootstrap)
• Good knowledge of implementing SOAP and REST interfaces
• Knowledge of Git for version control
• Linux basic knowledge
