Position Area: Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Responsibilities
• Drive recruitment through an effective source mix within defined budget, SLA, and quality parameters in the allocated geography
• Build talent pool by developing alternate sourcing channels like college campuses, government skill development agencies, employment, Employment, etc
• Manage all recruitment-related compliances, including Background, Verification, and Audit responses
• Work on the specific project requirements as per the given timeline
• Regular analysis of recruitment dashboards analytics to ensure completion within SLA
• Drive recruitment of identified Critical positions on priority in the respective Area
• Manage Geography stakeholders in order to ensure timely closure of requirements in their respective verticals
• Ensure proper engagement of candidates during the pre-onboarding phase for a better employee experience.
