- Responsible for receiving goods, checking specification, quantity and follow up PO in order to ensure that they are properly and correctly.- Disseminate shipment to all relevant departments, clear area store.- Process Goods receive and report to procurement.- Summary all document (original) invoice and submit to accounting.- Summary document only one place for the next Process Goods receive to GRN report.- Manage the correct location bin and record in database- Keep update inventory and release to project- Complete with 1. Labelling 2. MSDS 3. Expired date from manufacturing, batch number attached with drum or pail of Chemical. Then after that if everything complete put on shelf.- Take the right part to operation when their request. Fill up Goods Issue form by correct item part number of stock.- Summary Goods issue only one place for the next process (goods issue on system)- Housekeeping all store area for the nice place and for safety ready to work place.
