Responsibilities:-

Delivery Quality Controls.
Control Audits on Assembly Line.
Customer complaint analysis and resolution.
Timely feedback to service on customer issues.
Follow-up internally for the root cause analysis and actions for customer and PDI issues.
Goal setting for Team.
Taking part in critical issue analysis.
Decision making w.r.t issues observed during PDI on shop floor.
Customer issue communication.
Analysis and action planning along with effectiveness tracking.
Pre-dispatch inspections.

Qualification And Experience:-

Qualification: B.E Mechanical
Years of Experience : 12-16 Yrs
Competencies:
In depth Knowledge of handling Customers.
Handling customer complaints and it's analysis.
Assembling process.
Internal and external communication.
Business communication skills.
Team Management.
Interpersonal Skills.
Leadership Skills.
Problem Solving Skills
