• Design Modular Kitchens and wardrobes based on client requirements using 3D design software.
• Provide clients with design options and recommendations based on their needs.
• Estimate project costs and provide quotes to clients.
• Communicate with clients throughout the sales process and provide exceptional customer service.
• Ensure to do proper reporting to Senior Manager regarding ongoing projects, Developments and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in company Database.
• Collaborate with entire team – Technical Team & Site Supervisor etc to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, products, and materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Another focus will be on selling bathroom concepts including vanities & wardrobes sanitary fixtures.
