- Must to have Production Knowledge of Hot Forgings from Hammer, Upsetter, Ring Rolling and machining these parts in CNC machines.

- Must to have Managing day to day operations including material and customer dispatch

- Quality and Continuous improvement mindset having led assessment of his Key Customers from reputed industry

- Manpower and Productivity Management

- Cost Management and Control

- Ability to interact and Win Customer RFQs
