You will be providing comprehensive HR operational advice and support across the Group, resolving HR queries from employees and line managers and proactively promoting the use of HR systems to support the delivery of HR activities across the Group.

Responsibilities
• [Manage assigned payroll/s, ensure that all data is accurate, and individuals are paid correctly.
• Ensure HR-related documentation, including the starter and leaver processes, offer letters, contracts of employment, contract variations and leaver documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Oversee the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks for staff and ensure that the Single Central Record/s are maintained accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage the development/upgrading, improvement and on-going maintenance of HR systems ensuring accuracy of HR system data and to identify and rectify data gaps, and facilitate a smooth transition between platforms,
