Turner & Townsend are looking to recruit a Recruitment Resourcer to support our internal recruitment function. The role will suit someone who is highly organised, has excellent attention to detail and is proficient in market mapping and head hunting talent.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Holds a Turner & Townsend LinkedIn Recruiter seat and actively sources and pipelines candidates
• Finding innovative solutions to recruiting in markets where there is a shortage of available candidates (cost management, project management and project controls)
• Co-ordinate and arrange interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Embedded usage and compliance of the ATS functionality More Detail
