Smile are currently working with one of our Multi Academy Trusts based in Melton are currently seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to join them for their long-term work in their Primary Schools.

The role will be based in one of their site’s in Melton Mowbray (LE13) supporting across Key Stages 1&2 classes and are looking for people for an immediate start.

What your day will look like?

The role is mainly to provide cover for absent teachers, managing a classroom ensuring that the students remain on task with the work that has been set.

Preparing classrooms for the lessons ahead (all lessons will be prepped!)

Managing the behaviour levels of students within the classroom environment and being confident to do so

What you will need?

Experience working within a school setting (secondary would be great!)

Evidence of working with children through adequate references

Passion and drive for supporting children within schools
