EXPERIENCED ARTISAN BREAD BAKER NEEDED FULL-TIME IN LITTLE CHALFONT

MAIN DUTIES
• Manage sourdough culture: Regularly feed and maintain starter for optimal health and flavour.
• Traditional techniques: Follow established methods for dough mixing and fermentation.
• Hand shaping skills: Precisely shape different types of loaves, ensuring tension for ideal texture.
• Oven expertise: Skilfully operate oven, using techniques like steam injection and timing for desired crust and crumb.
• Quality control: Maintain consistent quality by closely monitoring each stage, recording outcomes, and adjusting as

needed.
