ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage the service operations both in the workshop and on-site including day to day operations in liaison with Operations Manager and Repair Sales Manager.• Play a lead role in the setting up of the Zhoushan service facility, this includes setting up a workshop and manning the facility adequately to address the service business in the area. • You will be responsible for the profitability and development of the complete service department in Zhoushan. • Achieving budgeted and targets and department P&L for the Zhoushan Station.• Staff welfare, guidance, discipline, and performance.
