Founded in 2020, Sirius Space Services is French New

Space start-up that aims to democratize the launcher

market.

To meet the needs of small satellites, we are developing

aunchers that are durable and competitive on the

commercial market. Sirius launcher family is composed of

Sirius 1, Sirius 13 and Sirius 15. Sirius launchers will be

able to place into orbit payloads of 175 and 1000 kg into

an SSO orbit at 600 km. They will be powered by bio-ergols

and aim to be 100% reusable in the long term.

In 2021, Sirius Space Services was awarded a French Tech

grant and a CNES R&D challenge, allowing to finance the

first studies of the project.

On June 1, 2022, Sirius Space Services and its Sirius

launcher family, won the call for micro-launchers projects

of the space component of the France 2030 plan

announced by Emmanuel Macron.

This is an important milestone for the company, which will

finance the development of Sirius 1, 13 & 15 launchers.
