• To record and process customer inquiries by phone and email in German and English
• As a contact person for software and hardware problems that arise and for analyzing and resolving error situations, including prioritizing and classifying faults
• For the management of user cases in a ticket system
• For the monitoring and maintenance of special solutions and security-relevant systems
• For the introduction of new technologies (Office 365 / Cloud)
• For advising users and selecting tools for their requirements
• For resource planning and ticket evaluation
