Logistics SpecialistThe primary role of the personwill be to provide logistics support in the US region which wouldinclude arranging accurate shipping documentation followup withforwarders customs and ensuring logistics compliance in theregion.

Essential Responsibilities : Arrange and manage all logisticsactivities and related systems information bothinternationally andwithin the region.

Arrange required customs clearancesshipping / receiving & packing activities. Liaise with PPSapproved Logistics Service Providers (LSP) to attainbestcost / service options for PPS shipments.

Use the PPS businesssystem to generate the shipping documents for shipments Perform therecord keeping of the logistics documentation as per the policy&procedures.

Ensure overall logistics compliance of the localorganization. Provide an accurate and timely report to thesupervisor via the process required inputs.
