Job Description
The participatory Team Leader is co-responsible for the smooth operation of the site:

The Team Leader is responsible for leadership, with more than 30 percent of time as collaboration time.
- Supervising correct daily maintenance.
- Loading and unloading of trucks.
- Correctly sorting goods delivered and ensuring quality of recycling streams.
- The press/truck is loaded and unloaded using a forklift or crane, which you always handle with care.
- Correct sorting of delivered goods and quality control of recycling streams.

The rest of the time is spent on administrative tasks;
- Proper staffing
- Monitoring and adjusting key performance indicators (time spent on site, load factor, etc.).
- Correct sorting: correct handling and control of waste
- Planning for disposal
- Efficient warehouse layout
