Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Hotel Mouchak, located in Rangpur Division, Bangladesh. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including but not limited to ensuring guest satisfaction, managing reservations, handling customer complaints, coordinating with other staff members, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and handle high-pressure situations
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not required.
