A world leading pharmaceutical company located at Clonmel in Tipperary are currently looking for a Senior Project Engineer / Construction Manager to join their Capital Projects team on a Fixed term basis.

About Your New Job
• Ensure there is a strong safety culture and performance in the field execution of project deliverables.
• Working closely with the Contracts Manager to develop construction team & to build a high performing team.
• Ensuring Lean Construction Tools are being implemented in the field.
• Attending workshops with appointed contractor’s other stakeholders.
• Act as interface with site stakeholders to address & resolve any issues in the interfaces with site.
• Instigating initiatives such as Quality Audit Metrics, Right First Time, Modular Construction approach.
• Reviews and approves any site field instructions and manages commercial contract variations.
