The candidate should have proficiency in one of the below domain
• Aerostructures: Rotorcraft/Aircraft experiences in Airframe design & development, Aerodynamics, High performance materials and manufacturing, Electric/Jet Propulsion.
• Payloads & Control: UAV/Rotorcraft/Aircraft's experiences in Mechanism, Control, Dynamics, Gimbal motors, Electro-Optical devices, Payloads, Mechatronics
• GCS/Commbox/Charger: UAV/Rotorcraft/Aircraft's experiences in Ground/Flight Communication System, Mechanism, Control, Dynamics, Electro-Optical devices.

M.Tech./PhD degree from reputed college on - Mechatronics, Embedded Hardware/Software Interfaces with Aerospace/Aeronautical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering background
