We are looking for an IT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER in BELGIUM (WALLONIA).

Yourmission will be to prospect and open new customer accounts, manage part of the ones we already have and manage customer needs. We are looking for a senior commercial profile specialized in the sale of outsourcing and IT services with a strong knowledge of the local job market (Benelux).

You will be directly in charge of your own Business Unit, performing the following FUNCTIONS and TASKS:
• Detect new business opportunities in the market.
• Attraction and prospect new accounts (hunting).
• Business strategy, management and engagement
• of existing customers (farming).
• Sourcing candidates using different job boards, social networks and internal tools.
• Writing and management of ads on job boards and social networks.
