Job Description

The Operations Department has a vacancy for 5 x Junior Inspector to conduct inspection of products and equipment according to standard protocols as prescribed through PPECB’s legislative mandate and for the developmental opportunities for some of our seasonal employees to gain additional competencies within the 24-month period of the program.

The purpose of the program is to allow the incumbent sufficient time for product exposure; training; assessment; and soft skills. During the 24-month period the selected delegates will be supported with a dedicated training plan and supervision by the region. The exposure and training will include:

Technical competencies to the value of a minimum of 50 credits based on regional requirements;
• TITAN 2.0 ® competency;
• Product theoretical course (AETP module);
• I-thrive (e.g., managing my time; dealing with conflict; etc.);
