Responsibilities:
• Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to SET and SEC regulations and disclosure.
• Provide advice on corporate governance matters and assist in the establishment of governance structures appropriate for a publicly traded company.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document key decisions and action items.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including financial advisor, legal advisor, internal auditor, regulators, underwriters and other related parties in the IPO process.
• Work closely with other internal departments such as purchasing, finance and accounting, legal, marketing, and operations to support IPO work and filling submission.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree major in Law from an accredited institution. Admission to the bar in relevant jurisdiction required.
