Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Contract Specialist with the Nashville Area Indian Health Service. Performing all aspects of the contraction transactions from initiation to recommendation of award for the procurement of services. This position is remote eligible and will be located under the Nashville Area Office, Nashville, TN.
• Performs all aspects of the contracting function from procurement planning assistance with program personnel through recommendation of award to administration of the contract and through final close-out using the system.
• Develops plans, which include the development of the acquisition plan, market research, independent government estimate, performance work statement, statement of objectives, statement of work and other data requirements.
