MyVet Celbridge are looking for a strong accounts payable administrator to join our existing team in our support office. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing veterinary group - we're part of Linnaeus. You should have a minimum of 2 years AP experience. Duties will include:
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts
• PL data entry
• Monthly reports
• Supplier payment preparation
• Creditor reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations
• Petty cash reconciliations
• Budget control & variance reporting
• Recording revenues
• Bank payments to creditors
• General bookkeeping duties
• Other ad hoc duties as required

We are looking for a person who has strong numerical, organisational and interpersonal skills. Computer literacy essential, fluent in English both written and oral. The candidate must be proficient in the use of Excel, Word and Outlook. Training will be provided on our in-house software packages.
