Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Durg. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions, as well as managing the hiring process from start to finish. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and will work closely with HR to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines
