The Role- As Head of Delivery, you will lead and manage the 3 delivery teams at Jscrambler, with a focus on guaranteeing a quality delivery of our Web Security products to our customers (hightech worldwide renowned enterprises). You will strive to hire the best, motivate them for greatness and guarantee the continuous delivery of quality software to our customers. You will report directly to the VP of Engineering, with whom you will align Goals, KPIs, and Strategies.- What will your day-to-day be like? - Lead and manage 3 delivery teams (Customer Service Engineering, Project Management, and Security Analysts), including technical recruitment, appraisals, 1-1 meetings, identifying training needs, motivating and performance managing the team.Define the delivery strategy of our products and services to customers and lead aligning it to our OKRs and goals.Advocate for lean/agile practices inside and outside the organization.Role modeling a collaborative approach to problem-solving working...
