Our client are an IT company and have no experience in construction and civil engineering, so they need a PM that will manage all aspects of construction: Analyzing customer needs Survey of the sites Defining SOW and BOM Engaging local/ international contractors to carry the work Managing subcontractors and supervising the work Managing budget and schedule Handing over the sites to customers.
