Location: Angeles City, Pampanga

Job Description:

Looking for someone to do project management task on a residential project.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee construction projects
• Construction Inspections and Materials Inspections
• Implement quality control and assure quality standards
• Establish timely coordination with the Client
• Review plans and other technical documents
• Interpret project schedule and execute on site
• Monitor project progress.
• Maintain control of all project documentation
• Checking drawings, review project work scope, drawings, and requirements for compliance to engineering design, materials, procurement, fabrication and construction
• Interpret mechanical, electrical and auxiliary, plumbing, and fire protection drawings and close coordination
• Perform material take off and forecast
• Assist project team resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
