Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Recruiters located in Kanpur. The US IT Recruiters will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for IT positions in the US market. They will also conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a technical recruiter or IT recruiter
• Knowledge of the US recruitment process and legal requirements
• Strong sourcing and networking skills to identify and attract potential candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
