Are you looking for your next leadership role and have experience working within a mental health support service or supporting those with chronic health conditions? Not afraid to be hands on in supporting service users? Are you ready to be the leader that pushes a new team working on a brand new project?You would be working for a large charity organisation as a Service Manager covering the Chertsey patch (Woking, Farnborough, Hindhead, Aldershot, Fleet and Farnham) supporting a team of 5-8 employment specialists ensuring the delivery of a quality of service.Your head office is going to be in Woking where your team and colleagues will meet at least once a week. There are also satellite hubs in Leatherhead and Chertsey which you can access. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Managing frontline staff.
• Managing day to day running of the service.
