Core Responsibilities

As an Agile Coach Competency Lead, you will coach & mentor leaders, teams and team members formally and informally, striving to unlock the potential in everyone. You will be a defender of Agility and continuous improvement as core principles, interpreted as delivering value early and often, continuously optimizing delivery flows, and improving delivery quality with short iterations and fast feedback.
