Your Responsibilities

As part of the Communications team, you will build up and maintain an active global network of our alumni who are leaving ISTA to pursue their careers within or outside academia. For this purpose, you will plan, implement, and promote alumni activities supporting the Institute’s strategic goals as well as set up operational alumni structures and processes.
• Conceptualize and implement a scalable, effective, and global ISTA alumni relations program
• Conduct internal stakeholder and benchmarking analyses and implement the results in a comprehensive alumni strategy in close cooperation with the relevant internal stakeholders and taking into account the various alumni groups: former academic staff, students, and administrative staff
