Finance and Accounting Manager (Oil & Gas, Fabrication or Construction)

Responsibilities:

-Head of finance and accounting department and manage overall department

-Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization

-Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecasts.

-Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

-Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure

-Leads planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals.

-Coach and support team members on the work plans and day-to-day operations to ensure the quality and efficiency of the accounting team.

-Assists top management to make financial analyses, provide value added to the business operation, and provide input for decision making.
