Nursery Operations Manager Indonesia Location : Jakarta (Hybrid) Local Employment (Permanent) Minimum Field trips 70% Beginning : ASAP 2023 PUR is looking for an autonomous, team player, dynamic Nursery Operation Manager in Indonesia As a key member of the Project team, you will report to the Country Manager in Jakarta and be in charge of the care, growth, and development of plants (both indoor and out) in each of Nurseries all around Indonesia which owned by the Company or External Parties to support all the activities in the field (ex: agroforestry, regenerative agriculture, reforestation, conservation, small-scale farmer livelihood). Your responsibilities include but are not limited to : Nursery management: Set-up, plan, coordinate, and monitor the implementation of nurseries activities including maintain nursery facilities, fulfill tree orders, and expand the nursery’s capacity for tree output.
