Laird Performance Material (An affiliate of DuPont company) is looking for a new team member to join our team as a full-time position located in Bac Ninh province.

This position will be responsible for, but not limited to the generation of a strategic plan to improve the business processes and increase production output.

Job Responsibilities: ​
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to
• Lead quality improvement, sustain actions have deployed in shop floor, monitors, and reports on quality-related team KPIs.
• Support and conduct internal/external audits, manage audit results, actions, and completion within agreed timeframes.
