Description

Responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with unionized staff to address concerns, resolve problems, and foster a positive work environment.
• Coordinate collective negotiations, participate in the drafting of labor agreements and ensure their implementation.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of applicable labor laws and union regulations.
• Ensure compliance with the terms and conditions agreed in the collective agreement.
• Participate in the hiring of union employees, ensuring that established procedures are followed and that the terms of the union agreement are respected.
• Efficiently manage labor disputes and conflicts, facilitating communication between the company and union representatives.
• Collaborate in resolving complaints and work-related problems.
• Monitor and manage absenteeism, ensuring compliance with labor and union standards.
