About The Role - You Will
• Work in shift 7 x 24Hr team
• Receives and handles requests for service, following agreed procedures.
• Identify and diagnose issues and problems per guidance.
• Promptly escalate complex or unresolved incidents.
• Logs incidents and service requests and maintains relevant ticket records.
• Identifies and classifies incident types and service interruptions.
• Records incidents cataloging them by symptom and resolution.
