Corporate HRD Team Administrative Officer who is passionate about their work and takes pride in their department. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, overseeing and implementing administrative procedures, answering phone calls, providing support for HRD department, and perform other administrative roles such as scheduling appointments, booking travel for HRD team, and for taking notes in meetings.

• Be an assistance to drawing up plans for future organization development procedures and goals.
• Performing administrative tasks.
• Evaluating and facilitating new employees’ orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.
• Updating HRD departments when needed.
• Maintaining HRD records and paperwork.
• Managing HRD documents by sorting, filing, and delivering the department memos, mail, or other documents.
