Job description:

For our location Sakarya/Arifiye, we are looking for an Order Management Specialist (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

Coordinates the customer orders with the site production planning department according to the contracts with the customer
Prioritization based on the customer order requirements
Follow up the right escalation path within the customer organization in case of the customer order delays
Responsible for for the customer dlivery KPIs
Regularly follow up and update customer order base within the SAP system

Your profile:

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field
At least 5 years of experience in automotive sector or logistics
Direct customer contact experience with customer oriented mindert and negotiation skills to reach to optimum results
High stress management capability
Turkish native and fluent in English speaking and writing
