Job Summary

Varthana is looking for Assistant Branch Managers who will be driving all business development activities and will be responsible for revenue generation, cost management, delinquency control, and working towards running the branch as a profit center. The candidate should be motivating their team members to effectively service the catchment area and ensure that loans are processed within the defined turnaround time. The Assistant Branch Manager will also be responsible for servicing all the customer requirements and building a long-lasting relationship with them.

Key Role Deliverables
• Sales Management : Achieving disbursement targets in numbers, volumes & productivity.
