Description

Responsibilities:

Able to handle full set of accounts include GL, AP, AR, monthly reporting, statements of accounts.
Responsible to do all related book keeping according to the accounting standard.
Verifying the invoices and other accounting documents
Prepare monthly payments and verify expense claims and supplier invoices
Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
Perform general administrative tasks
Multitasking, resourceful and proactive with sense of urgency.
Able to perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Mandarin speaker will be added advantage.
Preferably with knowledge of MS office & Auto Count.
