Responsibilities:
• Process all formalities and declarations on time to ensure smooth

entry/departure of ships
• Report regularly to interested parties on vessel prospects and

operational updates
• Arrange delivery and collection of ship’s spares and supplies
• Arrange transport and accommodation for on/off-signing crew
• Board vessels during calls if/when necessary
• Prepare quotations and distributes disbursements for ship owners

Requirements:
• High level of professional and intellectual ability
• Good verbal and written command of English, Dutch & Papiamentu;

Spanish is a plus
• Computer literate and fluent in use of MS Office applications
• Able to provide/obtain a certificate of good conduct
• Out of normal office hours coverage will be required, as standard
• Previous ship’s husbandry knowledge or experience is an advantage
