Hello! I am recruiting a position within an ESOP manufacturing company located west of the Twin Cities metro that I would like to share with you.

The company is in great financial shape, is investing in capital improvements, automation, has a very good culture, impressive employee tenure, and is considering acquiring an additional company (or two)!

This is a unique opportunity in the fact that the company is looking for a Controller or a Cost Accountant, but is open to look at candidates where this position would be a "next step - of "future step"" in someone's career - as they will train and coach the candidate because of a result of their rural location.
